簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述:為確保點(diǎn)擊登錄查看修繕及功能完善工程順利推進(jìn), 保證2號(hào)樓和8號(hào)樓投入使用的用電需求,臨時(shí)租用安裝2臺(tái)高壓饋電柜、2臺(tái)變壓器,變壓器容量為2*1000KVA,增容完畢后進(jìn)行拆除。包含但不限于以下內(nèi)容:實(shí)施項(xiàng)目所需變配電設(shè)備拆除及新裝、所涉及的線路敷設(shè)、設(shè)備調(diào)試、電氣耐壓試驗(yàn)至供電局送電。具體工作內(nèi)容詳見(jiàn)磋商文件“第六章 項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)需求”。

Brief Specification Description: To ensure the smooth progress of the renovation and functional improvement project of Gongli Hospital in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and to meet the electricity demand for the operation of Building 2 and Building 8, two high-voltage feeder cabinets and two transformers with a capacity of 2 1000KVA will be temporarily rented and installed. After the capacity expansion is completed, they will be dismantled. Including but not limited to the following: dismantling and installation of transformer and distribution equipment required for the implementation of the project, laying of related lines, equipment debugging, electrical withstand voltage testing, and power transmission to the power supply bureau. For specific job responsibilities, please refer to Chapter 6 Project Procurement Requirements in the negotiation document.

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定;

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求:本項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求:供應(yīng)商具有承裝(修、試)電力設(shè)施許可證(承裝類(lèi)、承修類(lèi)、承試類(lèi)五級(jí)及以上資質(zhì))和電力工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: The supplier has a license for the installation (repair, testing) of power facilities (Level 5 or above qualifications for installation, repair, and testing) and a Level 3 or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction.

(i)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定;

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中國(guó)”(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)(www.ccgp.gov.cn)列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單;

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
